These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the TokoWallpaper blog (the “Blog“), including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Blog. 2. Intellectual Property
The Blog and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by TokoWallpaper, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The trademarks, service marks, and logos of TokoWallpaper (collectively the “Trademarks“) displayed on the Blog are registered and unregistered trademarks of TokoWallpaper. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Blog is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TokoWallpaper disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. TokoWallpaper does not warrant that the Blog will be uninterrupted or error-free. TokoWallpaper will not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Blog.
5. Limitation of Liability

Since the Blog offers digital content (wallpapers), there is no return policy applicable to downloads or usage of wallpapers from the Blog. All sales are final.
